Along S Carolina's Coast is the Tree Boneyard of Edisto and Botany Bay Beach, a Heritage Preserve and Wildlife management Area. The tree boneyard is a testament of the fate that results from coastal erosion and global warming. Be sure to time your visit to see the area at sunrise and with a high tide.
