„Always and everywhere III", Highways, Gemälde Acryl auf Leinwand, H80 x B80x T2cm, gerahmtIn lebendigen Farben und Strukturen führt uns dieses Gemälde in die urbanen Strukturen der Stadt. Das Oben und Unten verliert seine Bedeutung. Straßen und Wege scheinen nirgendwo hin zu führen, Formen scheinen sich aufzulösen, verlieren sich als Teil des Ganzen.
About Uwe Fehrmann
Uwe Fehrmann wurde 1962 in Ost-Berlin, in der ehemaligen DDR, geboren. Bereits seine frühe Kindheit war geprägt durch intensives Malen und Zeichnen. In seiner Jugend wurde er im „Otto-Nagel-Haus" in Akt und Stillleben, sowie in verschiedenen Mal- und Zeichentechniken ausgebildet. Wenig später war er Mitglied einer Künstlergruppe in Berlin-Pankow, absolvierte ein Praktikum als Restaurator in der Nationalgalerie Berlin und arbeitete als Ausstellungsassistent. Nach dem Abitur studierte Uwe Fehrmann an der „Humboldt-Universität" in Berlin. Um der Unfreiheit und Zensur in der DDR zu entkommen, flüchtete er 1984 über die deutsche Botschaft in Prag in die Bundesrepublik Deutschland. 1985 - 1986 arbeitete Uwe Fehrmann als bildender...
